Do I need a POS system to use LoyalStamps?
No, LoyalStamps is a standalone loyalty system that can run on mobile devices. We simplify, not complicate your operations.
Can I use the web vendor dashboard as a mobile app?
Yes—you can. Just install the web app as a Progressive Web App (PWA).

Are there limits?
Almost all our features are unlimited. LoyalStamps offers the following unlimited features:
- Unlimited customers
- Unlimited stamps
- Unlimited rewards
- Unlimited vouchers
The only feature that is limited are Blasts. There is monthly limit to how many Blasts you can make per month. We do this to prevent spamming customers. Blasts limits are still generous and if you need more, simply contact support and we’ll accomodate your request.

Are my customers required to use the LoyalStamps app?

1. With the LoyalStamps App
Andy downloads the LoyalStamps app, creates an account, and scans your QR code to collect stamps.
2. Without the App
Andy scans your QR code using any QR scanner. A webpage opens where he enters his email to collect his stamp.
LoyalStamps works seamlessly in both cases—but we recommend encouraging customers to use the app to unlock features like Blast and Vouchers, which help boost repeat sales.
